In the summer of 2020, a tragedy struck a family in Fountain, Colorado, with the death of 12-year-old Miana Charity. On a Wednesday evening, July 22nd, Miana was inside her home when she sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency services were called to the scene, but tragically, her life could not be saved. The young girl, who was about to enter the 6th grade, was remembered by her family as a spunky child who had a passion for dancing and loved visiting the zoo.
