Patricia Joanne Watts, a 19-year-old woman from Grants Pass, Oregon, was last seen on November 29, 2006. She was leaving the Olde Town Mall in the 100 block of northwest F Street when she disappeared. Patricia had been involved with the local drug scene and had a record for fraud, theft, and drug-related offenses.
