Victoria Regina Soderberg, age 37, was last seen on August 13, 2002, in Grants Pass, Oregon. At the time of her disappearance, Victoria was described as 5'9", 140 pounds, with blonde or strawberry-colored hair and hazel eyes. She had distinctive freckles on her face and hands, a scar on her right wrist, and tattoos of a Tasmanian devil and a heart on her back.
