On March 5, 2019, 30-year-old Shenekia Dabreil Williams Carter was found deceased at the Osceola Housing Authority office in Osceola, Arkansas. She had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to her neck, arm, and head. Prior to her death, Carter had fled her apartment seeking assistance and identified her estranged husband, Antonio Carter, as the assailant.
