On March 23, 2019, 23-year-old Alvin Walls Jr. was fatally shot at the Spanish Jon Apartments in Little Rock, Arkansas. According to reports, Jermaine Brown, 26, turned himself in to authorities following the incident. Brown informed police that he was in the apartment complex's parking lot when a vehicle blocked him in, and an occupant began shooting at him. In response, Brown returned fire, which resulted in Walls being shot.
