On September 19, 2019, 21-year-old Cedric Pennington was fatally shot in Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred near 5224 Stanley Drive in the southwest region of the city. Pennington was transported to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
