On March 12, 2020, 21-year-old Leoncio Zavala Flores was found unresponsive inside an apartment at a complex in the 2400 block of McConnell Circle in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Responding officers from the Pine Bluff Police Department discovered that he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
