On April 26, 2021, 20-year-old Roderick O'Brian Shelby II and 23-year-old Andrea Verser were fatally shot at The Greens at the Rock Apartments in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. as the victims were exiting a vehicle at Shelby's apartment.
