In the spring of 2021, the life of KeyShawn Lamont Moseby, a 28-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. On the evening of May 28th, Moseby was fatally shot while in his 2019 Kia near the intersection of 24th and Marshall Streets. The vehicle, riddled with bullet holes, ultimately crashed into a utility pole. When first responders arrived at the scene around 9:20 p.m., they discovered Moseby deceased inside the car.
