On a late summer evening in Magnolia, Arkansas, the sound of gunfire shattered the peace near the Fox Creek Apartments. It was approximately 10:30 PM on September 11, 2021, when officers from the Magnolia Police Department were dispatched to the scene following reports of shots fired.
