On February 26, 2022, at approximately 4:34 a.m., Little Rock Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2100 block of Scotty Court. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Martina Edmondson and 38-year-old Eric Rounds in an upstairs bedroom, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medical responders pronounced them deceased at the scene, and their bodies were subsequently transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for autopsy.
