In the early evening hours of June 8, 2022, in Forrest City, Arkansas, the life of 17-year-old Damien Walker was tragically cut short. A student at Forrest City High School, where he was a member of the football team, Walker was looking forward to his senior year and graduation. The young man was standing by his car at the Dawson Homes public housing complex when the sound of gunfire shattered the evening calm.
