In the early morning hours of August 4, 2024, the life of 27-year-old Joseph Patrick 'PJ' Walker Jr., an African American male, was tragically cut short in Forrest City, Arkansas. The fatal incident unfolded outside a local bar, shattering the morning's quiet with the sound of gunfire.
