In the summer of 2022, a tragic event unfolded in West Memphis, Arkansas, forever altering the lives of one family and the local community. On the evening of June 21st, 27-year-old Chartarious Jones, a Black male, was discovered inside a vehicle in the 1600 block of East Barton Road.
