Donald Williams, 19, a Black male, was shot on the evening of November 21, 2022, at a home on Martin Luther King Drive in Forrest City, Arkansas. He was airlifted for treatment but was later pronounced dead. Earlier that same night, in a separate shooting, 17-year-old Jerrick Holder was taken from a home on West Franklin Avenue to a hospital, where he also died. Local coverage at the time noted investigators had not determined whether the two crime scenes were connected.
