Robert Lee Brown, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 26, 2016, in Urbana, Illinois. The incident occurred at a house located in the 700 block of East University Avenue. The Urbana Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
