In the summer of 2012, the life of a young girl from Tucson, Arizona, was tragically cut short. Four-year-old Emma Rosovich, a female child, died on August 11, 2012, from a gunshot wound. The devastating event unfolded on a Saturday evening when a call was placed to the Tucson Police Department reporting the child's death.
