In the late afternoon of October 19, 2021, a burst of violence on a street in midtown Tucson, Arizona, tragically ended the life of 21-year-old Savannah Narcaroti. A bright and vibrant young woman, Savannah was a passenger in a car with a male companion when a road rage incident escalated into a fatal shooting.
