In the late hours of a November evening in Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of 47-year-old Raymond Lateef Martin was tragically cut short. On November 29, 2024, police responded to the scene of a car crash on Crawford Parkway in the Park View neighborhood. Inside the vehicle, they discovered Martin, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
