In the early morning hours of December 15, 2024, a vehicle fire on Green Hill Road in New Church, Virginia, led to a grim discovery. First responders, initially called to the scene around 7:15 a.m. for a vehicle and brush fire, found the body of 30-year-old Warren Thomas Fosque III, a male resident of Horntown, in a nearby wooded area.
