On November 23, 2024, 15-year-old Shilynn Alford was fatally shot in an apartment on the 6300 block of Woodland Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. At the time of the incident, she was babysitting her nephew. Emergency responders transported her to a nearby hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries two days later.
