Friends and family remembered Sierra Muse, a 34-year-old Black woman, for her "Biggest smile!" and her funny, spontaneous personality. Her life, along with the lives of two other women, Dawn Clover, 49, and Tiffany Parrish, 36, was cut short in a triple homicide in Columbus, Ohio, just before Christmas. Dawn was a mother and a new grandmother who, her uncle said, "would do anything for you."
Tiffany was also a mother, and her family grieved for the children who would have to grow up without her.
On the afternoon of December 14, 2024, a man named De'Andre Herndon went to a residence on the 1300 block of South Ohio Avenue. He was there to check on the wife of his childhood friend, 45-year-old Darrell Hambrick, who had been fatally shot just four days earlier less than half a mile away. When Herndon arrived at the house around 3:50 p.m., he found the door open. He walked inside and discovered one of the women shot in the head, and he immediately called 911. Columbus police officers responded and found Sierra, Dawn, and Tiffany unresponsive inside the home. All three women were pronounced deceased at the scene.
An investigation revealed that all three women had died from gunshot wounds. Autopsy records later confirmed they had each been shot in the head with a large-caliber weapon; one of the women also had a gunshot wound to her right elbow. When police arrived, the victims' jewelry and personal effects were still with them. The shocking violence left their families searching for answers. "They had to be so scared," Dawn Clover's uncle told reporters. "There's nothing right about it. Who shoots women? I mean, why? I don't understand it."
Shortly after the homicides, police arrested Haikiem Graham in connection with both the women's killings and the recent shooting death of Darrell Hambrick. The case saw a second major development nearly two years later. On June 26, 2026, authorities arrested another man, Antonio Travis, after a Franklin County Grand Jury indicted him in the case.
As of July 2026, both men faced charges for the murders. Antonio Travis was charged with three counts of aggravated murder, among other charges. Haikiem Graham had previously pleaded not guilty to his charges and remained in jail awaiting trial. The cases against the two men were proceeding through the court system.
