Lucille McCauley, a 39-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on February 15, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. She was an optometrist at Columbus Neighborhood Health, where she was well-loved by her patients and colleagues. Lucille was also a mentor to optometry students and a beloved daughter, sister, and friend.
