On September 15, 1991, Sheronda Norris, a 21-year-old from Columbus, Ohio, was last seen alive by her family as she headed to her aunt's house on E. 23rd Avenue but never arrived. The following day, on September 16, her body was discovered by a passing motorist near Agler Road and Sunbury Road. She was found nude, and authorities later determined she had been strangled.
