On June 20, 2014, Dorcas Law, age 26, was shot while driving in north Columbus, Ohio, in a tragic incident that also claimed the life of her passenger, Delrec Avant. Around 1:00 a.m., their car was found crashed into parked vehicles and a fire hydrant near Eden Springs Apartments on Roche Drive. Both victims had sustained gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.
