Peggy Sue Parker Welty, a 47-year-old resident of Groveport, Ohio, tragically died on May 20, 2008, as a result of a fire at her home. Authorities determined that the fire was intentionally set, and her death was classified as a homicide. The incident occurred at her residence located on Smith Court in Columbus, Ohio, on May 15, 2008. Peggy sustained severe burns and succumbed to her injuries five days later.
