On November 22, 2024, at approximately 10 p.m., Greenville police officers were alerted by a concerned citizen in the Walmart parking lot on Greenville Boulevard. They discovered 28-year-old Jhari Alize Henderson unresponsive in his vehicle, having sustained a gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
