In the late hours of a November evening in Saginaw, Michigan, the life of 47-year-old Kari Jo Hatfield, a mother of three from the nearby city of Midland, was tragically cut short. On November 23, 2024, police responded to a call and found Hatfield lying in the road near the intersection of Perkins and South 12th streets. She had sustained gunshot wounds and was rushed to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
