On November 21, 2024, 27-year-old Yasmeen Al'Shawnee Webb, affectionately known as "Mutt," was fatally shot in a targeted attack in New Orleans' French Quarter. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. near Iberville and Royal Streets, where four individuals were struck by gunfire. Webb succumbed to her injuries at the scene, while the other victims—a 40-year-old man, a 39-year-old woman, and a 24-year-old man—sustained injuries of varying severity.
