In the late afternoon of November 30, 2024, the sound of gunfire shattered the relative quiet of the 6700 block of Tara Lane in New Orleans. When the echoes faded, two lives were tragically cut short. Inside an apartment complex in the Westlake Forest neighborhood, police discovered the bodies of 21-year-old Rashada Richardson and 18-year-old Wayne Orsin.
