In the early morning hours of Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2024, a grim discovery was made in the 600 block of T Street, Northwest in Washington, D.C. There, authorities found 21-year-old Tavaughn Norde, a Black male from Southwest, D.C., unconscious and not breathing.
