On November 18, 2024, at approximately 11:05 AM, Enterprise Police Department (EPD) officers responded to a shooting incident on the 800 block of County Road 266 in Enterprise, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered two men: one with head injuries and the other, identified as 59-year-old Patrick John Cerqua, deceased from a gunshot wound to the pelvic area.
