Richard Powell, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 11, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Longwood Manor neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Powell was waiting at a red light in his car on the 9500 block of South Halsted Street around 11:50 a.m. when another vehicle approached.
