On December 9, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., 26-year-old Courtney Latrice Gunn was fatally shot in the 300 block of Georgia Street in Montgomery, Alabama. Upon arrival, Montgomery police officers found Gunn with a gunshot wound; she was pronounced dead at the scene.
