Krystofer Encabo, a 35-year-old man, was fatally shot in Anchorage, Alaska, on November 23, 2024. According to police reports, at about 1:41 p.m., Anchorage Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 4300 block of San Ernesto Avenue.
