Hispanic/Latino male Enoc H. V. Martinez, 32, was killed just after daybreak on November 22, 2021, in a quiet East Anchorage neighborhood. At 6:56 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 300-block of Krane Drive, where they found the 32-year-old male victim outside and beyond help, the early morning stillness broken by the arrival of patrol cars and evidence technicians.
