On March 12, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Houston, Texas, resulting in the death of 4-year-old Khalia Spencer. While at their apartment, Khalia and her 3-year-old sister were left unsupervised in a bedroom. During this time, the younger sibling found an unsecured, loaded semi-automatic pistol.
