On October 1, 2024, at approximately 8:55 a.m., the body of 27-year-old Kenia Guardado Molina was discovered in her apartment at The Carlisle complex, located at 9898 Forum Park Drive in southwest Houston. Family members found her after she failed to pick up her 3-year-old son from the babysitter, prompting concern. Molina had sustained at least one gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
