On October 19, 2024, 45-year-old Kimberly Alexander was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Rest Well Inn, located at 222 West Airtex Boulevard in north Houston. Following the shooting, she was transported by a private vehicle to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
In the aftermath of the incident, Kimberly's 19-year-old son, Dillan Alexander, turned himself in to authorities.
