On June 11, 2023, 29-year-old Jasmine McHenry was fatally shot in her Houston apartment. The alleged perpetrator is her common-law husband, 32-year-old Thomas Wilson Alexander. The tragic incident occurred in the presence of McHenry's 9-year-old daughter, Azariah, who reportedly witnessed the shooting.
