On June 26, 2023, 16-year-old Omar Joel Rosales tragically lost his life to gun violence in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred in the Rylie area, where Omar was fatally shot, and another man sustained injuries. The Dallas Police Department responded to the scene following reports of the shooting.
