Tylynn Dawayne Payton Walter, a 21-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was fatally shot in the neck near a nightclub in the Cedars area south of downtown Dallas. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
