On September 11, 2024, at approximately 10:20 AM, Dallas police responded to a shooting incident in the 9700 block of Webb Chapel Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 30-year-old Javier Alberto Flores behind a local business, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention from Dallas Fire-Rescue, Flores was pronounced dead at the scene.
