On October 21, 2023, 17-year-old Keith Slaughter II, a senior at Lebanon Trail High School in Frisco, Texas, tragically lost his life during a shooting at a house party in Little Elm. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Sunlight Drive, where a large gathering was underway. Upon arrival, police found Slaughter deceased at the scene and a female victim with life-threatening injuries; a third male victim was discovered on a nearby street.
