Shane Graham, an 11-year-old boy from Fort Pierce, Florida, was last seen on January 1, 2000. Shane, who had Down syndrome, autism, and sickle-cell anemia, was one of eleven children adopted by Judith Leekin. His case remained unknown to authorities until several years later when his siblings, who were found to be victims of severe abuse and neglect, informed police that Shane had died.
