On September 27, 2023, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3900 block of Gannon Lane. Upon arrival, officers found 36-year-old Pierre Jermaine Jernigan shot outside an apartment complex. Tragically, Jernigan succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
