Death by Force

On October 3, 2023, at approximately 2:47 a.m., 19-year-old Michael Torres Jr. was fatally shot in the 2300 block of East Stewart Street in Laredo, Texas. Upon arrival, officers found Torres with apparent gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.
