Julio Cesar Martinez Garza, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from Laredo, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2016. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred during a drug deal gone wrong. According to reports, Garza-Martinez was in a minivan negotiating a drug deal when several vehicles surrounded the vehicle and opened fire. He was shot multiple times in the back and later succumbed to his injuries at Laredo Medical Center.
