On January 13, 2024, a tragic incident unfolded in Richmond, Texas, resulting in the death of 46-year-old Kacey A. Fullerton. Kacey was among four family members fatally shot by Alrick “Shawn” Barrett, the estranged husband of her sister, Francia Fullerton.
