On April 6, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2200 block of Lagow Street. Upon arrival, officers found 39-year-old Markeith Armstead inside a business, suffering from gunshot wounds. Armstead was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Tragically, he succumbed to his injuries on April 7, 2024.
